Following my completion of national service, I delved into a series of contract roles spanning diverse industries such as fashion, telecom, insurance, and courier integration. It was during my tenure at a prominent courier integrator company, where I assumed a customer service role, that I discovered my passion for the intricacies of the end-to-end global shipping process. This revelation resonated with my passion for effective communication and interacting with people.
Embarking on my freight forwarding career, I dedicated seven years to honing my expertise from the ground up. Starting in operations, I immersed myself in comprehending the complexities of air and sea freight, navigating the challenges of handling controlled shipments, and managing sensitive countries like Iraq and Mexico. Transitioning to commercial and business development roles in my early thirties, I enjoyed the challenge of building a network from scratch.
In 2019, I joined a subsidiary of a renowned airport group, embracing the goal of revolutionizing freight services through an integrated online platform. Witnessing the rise of e-commerce, I took a leap of faith in 2020, joining an e-commerce startup to explore the dynamics of e-commerce freight. In 2021, I became one of the initial team members at Ninja Van, contributing to the establishment of the B2B freight business unit. Intrigued by the co-founder's foresight, I aligned with the vision of Ninja Van becoming a comprehensive service provider, offering B2C, B2B, and fulfillment services. The first year was dedicated to laying the foundation of B2B freight at Ninja Van, and in 2022, Ninja Freight officially launched, catering to the diverse needs of B2B freight services worldwide.
